Very interesting post by a Kherson civilian local at 5:48 PM Pacific Time (I believe that's 3:48 AM local time). I'm not clear what it means definitively, but points to Russian knowledge. There were missiles which entered Ukraine from Kharkiv and flew towards the Dnipro about an hour before this message.
