#NowWatching "The Little Mermaid" (2023) by Rob Marshall
Well ... it´s a disney remake. Not as bad as "Aladdin" (2019) oder "Mulan" (2020).
Some parts are fine and some parts don´t work for me, especially the designs of Sebastian and Flounder.
If you like it, that´s okay. If you don´t like it, thats okay too.
But for me it seems to be a mediocre piece of media I don´t really care about anymore after the credits are done.

A great piece of Americana with Martin Sheen and Sissy Spacek as the most kickback killers with denim and sideburns.
Violent but never exploitative, a crime drama that absorbs.
