Die alte hatte ich durch das Druckbett gejagt und damit fing sie mit Stringing an.

Die neue ist deutlich dicker und damit sitzt die Silikonsocke straffer. Eigentlich. Denn als ich die Düse austauschen wollte, sah ich, dass die Socke eingerissen ist.

Sie hält etwas, aber ich muss neue kaufen.

Anlass den den Druckkopf des Bresser T-Rex mal zu demontieren und näher zu betrachten war eigentlich ein "Filamentstau" im linken Extruder.Doch wenn man nun schon mal dran ist, kann man ja mehr als 700 h Druckzeit auch gleich mal die Nozzles austauschen.

Hmmh, der #Elegoo kommt mit der 0.6er #Nozzle überhaupt nicht klar. #Slicer-Einstellungen sind angepasst, Layerhöhen und -breiten auch. Verschiedene Temperarturen an der Nozzle und am Druckbett habe ich ausprobiert. Ich denke, dass wird was mit dem Flow sein, das muss ich mal irgendwann in Ruhe machen.
Jetzt ist wieder die 0.4er drauf und alles ist gut.
