Of course, it's not obvious from the still frame, but the camera is actually moving quite fast at this point in the shot.
I have vector movement for blurring rendered into the EXF image for compositing, but this pre-composite preview doesn't use it. I can also add "motion lines" or something with Grease Pencil.

Soyuz on the pad, just after sunrise.
Because launch vehicles tend to launch towards the East to take advantage of the Earth's rotation, the Gagarin-Start pad in Kazakhstan does 'face' eastwards, with the support equipment on the west side, which makes this shot work out nicely.
