Highway 104 - Partial Opening:

On Dec 6th, newly twinned sections of the Hwy 104 Project will be available to the traveling public between Exit 30 (James River) and Exit 31 (W of Antigonish) 10km of newly twinned hwy.
After James River, heading Westbound, the road will revert back to a single lane each way until the twinning is completed in 2023.
