Dear Dutch people, please vocalize! Dutch not being my first (or second) langauge, I have a frigging hard time understanding you.

Even worse if it's on the phone, and I can't read lips (I mean, not like it's easy because you don't frigging vocalize, but I can only try) & there is plenty of background noise.
