For probably the best #fishnchips in Finland (and I’ve tried many) I recommend #MattilaCafe in #Nurmijarvi. Wonderful environment at a farm with local produce. Good, crisp fish and mushy peas. Chips are not the double thick style you get in the UK, but at least decent country style. Last year they even had malt vinegar (I will aim to get them to bring that back).

One of the nicest things about living in #Finland: 20 minutes from our place, and 5 minutes from the largest town in #Nurmijärvi, you can find scenes like this. They have even laid down a short accessible route so that everyone can enjoy the unique nature.

The #Nurmijarvi mayor went to check out the exhibition and the municipal centre, with multiple artists. She just posted this message on the meta social media platform. Lovely to see my spouse’s ceramic #SiameseCats on show so prominently :)
