OK, I don't like spiders. They creep me out. But I seem to have taken the odd picture of one occasionally.

I believe this is a male Dolomedes minor (nursery web spider), spotted on a gravel path in a wetland reserve in Christchurch

I think these are the spiders that create the webs seen in the third pic...

Nursery web spider (Pisauridae) with egg sac.

They resemble wolf spiders, but they hold their egg sac with their jaws and pedipalps.
