Power prices were already increased to $89/MWh from $58/MWh earlier, despite $1 billion subsidy pledged over 10 years from the U.S. Department of Energy.

In addition to today's rocket events, it's worth noting that NuScale Power received gov't sign-off on their small nuclear reactor (SMR) that they're in the process of commercializing.

Once we get the launch stuff sorted, this kind of tech will be important to supporting long-term human habitation on the moon and elsewhere in the solar system.
