@CatherineRussell2 1 of my meals I make that very few people would be able to eat. It's my shepherd's pie version with plenty of vegies. It is a substitute for meat called Nutmeat which is a plant based food.It is made by a company called Sanitarium. They represent the 7th Day Adventise here & in NZ. They make a whole range of vegie products. Has been 1 of my foods for the past 70 yrs. No not 7th Day, just the food. I eat my dinner at lunchtime.
