🥦Maintaining proper nutrition is hard to do in a world full of processed foods. Eating whole foods means to eat unprocessed foods that are as close to their natural form as possible. This means lots of fruits, vegetables, eggs, raw & unpasteurized dairy products, etc.
🥦Not eating grain is often best, but if you do eat grains, try sprouted grains, #kamut, or 100% whole wheat & whole grains. And ALWAYS #gmofree.
