@thor The problem with #wholegrain is that they contain almost just as much #nutritions when they leave your body as when they entered it. It’s hard to find the sweet spot of ideal digestibility between overcooked and raw. 🙁
That said: Puffed grains can be a great addition to your diet by pepping up healthy stuff. If oatmeal is too mushy for you, try *adding* puffed grains instead of *replacing* it with that crispy nothingness.
