They've never been able to use that building (partially because the neighborhood wouldn't let them and partially because it didn't have fire supression systems) and if I remember correctly, they had issues with homeless folks breaking in and living in random rooms. I think that UWM is glad to see the building go. I just hope they use that space for something good.
