I’m a native Californian and I can’t recall a time when the weathermen were NOT squawking about drought. How about this? Reset the bar so drought is *average* and then enjoy posting about a wet year every now and then. Seriously, how can we be in a “drought” more than 50% of all years? That means that “drought” is actually NORMAL.
