:debian: #Debian is just great!
My very old HP #NX6310 💻 laptop from 2005 with its developer friendly 4:3 screen just works fine and boots Debian 7 Wheezy in a few seconds. Windows XP cannot compete against it, only #FreeDOS could catch up (without network support).

Debian came with #IceWeasel (a
:firefox: #Firefox fork), which can reach most essential websites today too.

So with the right OS a 17 years old system can do most of my daily dev-stuff.
