We've recently updated Nomad Simple Menu fully enabling the addition of app folders.

Here's how you can create your own app folders:

Right-click in the Nitrux logo at the top and select Nomad Menu preferences.

Click the "+" button on the left column to create a new folder.

Edit it's label and start adding apps. Scroll through the installed software and click the "+" in the right column to add it

Click "Apply".
