@NYTimes I was in the Penn Station area this summer. I would hardly describe the area as blighted. Yes, it's congested, and there's a lot of construction, Vornado's name was seen everywhere, but there's also a. vibrant rich and engaging community around Penn Station and MSG. I walked around at night and took pictures. I felt safe and I wasn't accosted by panhandlers. I think #NYGovernor time would be better spent addressing Buffalo's failures that led to loss of life in communities of color.
