If you haven't done this before, it's really good. The NYT has a more complete recipe, but the idea is to boil small potatoes in *extremely* salty brine. There's so much salt in the water that the water doesn't look normal when it's boiling. Now I get to call around to healthcare providers to see which ones are keeping masks in their offices and which aren't. Cause 3 years of #longCOVID having fucked up my life and gut isn't stressful enough.
