#RugbyUnion #BristolBears defeated their close neighbours #BathRugby 13-15 at the Rec. It was an awful game. Bath were dreadful and Bristol made them look hard to beat, which they weren't. It is not hard to see why both sides are in the lower places in the #Premiership table. The best thing about the game was that it ended before the cricket started in Wellington #NZLvENG

On #RugbyWorldCup2021 (just held due to COVID): though watching a world away, often with several days' delay, I enjoyed it more than any other #rugby tournament in recent memory. #RSAvFIJ was perhaps the most exciting match, especially in terms of attacking flair. The #NZLvENG final was so much better than most major tournament finals. And #NZLvFRA was my fav, even if, as a #Bleues supporter, it almost gave me a heart attack at several points. #WomensSports are as good as any other #sports.
