Found guilty of manslaughter for ‘letting’ his daughter become obese?! Was there any genetic assessment on this poor child’s severe obesity? #obesityisnotachoice

PS I understand that this case is complex with multiple incidences of neglect. My point is that there was a high probability that this poor child’s obesity had a genetic cause. If the obesity had been handled appropriately, the neglect may not have occurred
