So my siblings and stepson have been sending me photos of all their kids standing at the front doors of their homes, often wearing book bags, usually with proud parents beside them, getting ready to head out for the first day of grade #school, or high school, or college, and when I remember once holding each and every one of them inside the crook of my arm, I get to feeling very “Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da”.
