@mmasnick I don’t believe for a minute that #musk actually expects anyone to pay these prices. I think the idea is to just price the #data out of reach so that even some data #obscurity becomes fiscally untenable.

Frankly, I half think he’s just having fun #experimenting with people’s lives and watching the site burn to the ground. Maybe he wants to see how much he can get away with

I've met w dramatic shifts in flow:🚦Alternating: Long halts, DELUGE, steady a while & abruptly back to halt.

More good discoveries than bad/dark events/persons. Sadly some (esp children) vanished/got killed. 🥀
Navigation seems worst w vanished ones. No amount of rank bends the decay/amnesia & absolute dark of silent, unwavering voids.
VS patches of rich #history w/in my #genealogy, #obscurity still haunts the heels of even the ideally preserved, waiting to snatch at unwatched edges.
