Joar, einmal #Karhu Memtest bei 3000%, dann #TestMem5 mit 1usmus und dann anta777 config einwandfrei durchlaufen. Dann noch VRAM check 1.5h in #OCCT gelaufen.

RAM temperaturen bei max 47.3C. Keine #WHEA errors oder BSODs.

Da wackelt nix. Warum zum Geier schmiert dann #Windows immer wieder ab.

Happy to announce a new version of topologicpy (v 0.1.4). This version is built with #occt 7.7.0. Can produce BREP files backward compatible with older versions of #occt. It can also import/export wavefront OBJ files. Too many new methods to list. pip install topologicpy —upgrade

I was just looking at the geometric kernel in particular the #OCCT (open cascade) and I discovered that, #Foran was listed in the list of applications powered by OCCT. Now Foran is branded #Siemens but strangely it doesn't export to parasolid or JT or to any others Siemens Formats. I suspect that's mean they doesn't have yet replaced OCCT with their kernel and still uses an open source software seems to me also the original development team is the same. #cad #Ship #boat #design #FreeCAD

如果想要用舊的硬體組一台省電的家用伺服器， 消費級 #AMD CPU絕對是最糟糕的選擇。

上週買了i5-12500，把已經用了五年的Ryzen 1700換下來，想說裝上 #unraid 取代原本使用的NAS與udoo開發版，沒想到卻是惡夢的開始。

Ryzen 1700裝上unraid之後一直會莫名當機無回應，但是在Windows 10上頭用 #OCCT 測試都正常。最後在unraid論壇的FAQ文章找到解答，Ryzen 1000系列的省電功能有問題，會導致作業系統凍結無回應，可能的解決方式是在BIOS關閉c-state與設定Power Supply Idle Control為typical current idle。

我試過關閉c-state，但是待機耗電量就會增加10w。目前是設定c-state為自動，Power Supply Idle Control則是typical current idle，待機耗電量跟low current idle相比沒有很大差異，也沒再出現系統凍結的情況。
