My poor but amazingly delicious attempt at a vegan ochazuke ("submerged rice"). Green tea poured over day old medium grain rice, with green onions, Trader Joe Japanese spice, strips of seaweed, and a few drops of soy sauce.

Felt like making Ochazuke (rice and tea "congee") for dinner last night. I know rice and tea together in one dish sounds weird but it just hit the spot for me. Perfect for a cold rainy winter night.
