Ein Popup beim Start der App wie du es beschreibst ist nicht erforderlich.

#OpenStreetMap : une page spéciale sur GitHub est dédiée au suivi des manquements d'attribution constatés sur certains sites qui utilisent des cartes OpenStreetMap sans préciser les mentions obligatoires, en « oubliant » de mentionner les conditions de licence et le crédit à « © les contributeurs d’OpenStreetMap ».
Ces manquements constituent une mauvaise pratique, contraire aux conditions de la licence libre #ODbL utilisée par #OSM.

@senficon @michaelkreil @tazgetroete GPL habe ich hier jetzt als Beispiel für virulente Lizenzen verwendet. Und die #ODBL von #Openstreetmap ist so eine. Bei Ämtern wird meist diese unsägliche #ODBL inkompatible Datenlizenz Deutschland verwendet.

@senficon @michaelkreil @tazgetroete § 87b UrhG ist mir bekannt. Genau darauf basiert ja auch die virulente Idee in der #ODBL, die #Openstreetmap verwendet.

Is the #ODBL even compatible with itself? If the attribution requirements are really this strong I don't see how you could include other ODbL data in #OSM
