So as Twitter enters it's death throes and I am sitting here on Mastodon. I realize that in many ways this whole Twitter coming apart debacle touches on some of my old trauma.

I feel left behind. Like I remember standing alone in a playground weeping inconsolably because everyone was gone and I could not follow.

Minds are funny things. They get touched by a detail and it conjures forth a huge web of memories. Some good some bad.
