So hat z.B. sogar die #oecd schon 2003 erklärt: "OECD Bericht zweifelt die Wirksamkeit von freiwilligen Selbstverpflichtungen im Bereich der Umweltpolitik an“ Und die sind nun wirklich weder Greenpeace noch „Letzte Generation“. That said, in many ways the UN looks like a more sensible place for global tax reform to be formulated, until you think about the difficulties the organisation has in driving forward other changes.
Nevertheless a UN Tax Programme (UNTP) might build on (much) earlier work by UNCTAD!
