I didn't watch the bottom of the ninth as I didn't want to risk getting depressed falling asleep with the snatching defeat from the jaws of victory again.
Seems they really tried though. Anyway another win, yay.

For years my policy has been to stop watching a night game if it is tied entering the ninth, because going into extras is an unknown and I do need occasional sleep, but last night I watched the ninth and then stopped.
Just watched the tenth and got worried then excited.

I missed being able to watch the game live (though since seen highlights) but another win takes the back to .500 after 10% of the season.

Well the nine runs per game has ended, but still a hard-hitting game for the first night game this season (and three hours long). These one-run endings though can kill you.
