Great session at the Oxford Farming Conference Fringe session #ofc23 on talent and diversity in agriculture.

We need more diversity & inclusion in the sector, which starts with proactivity - as seen by Navaratnam Partheeban as part of his Nuffield Farming Scholarship - in inner city New, where 98% of children are black or Hispanic, 80% go on to study agriculture. It’s all about exposure, engagement and role models.
