Just finished OF DICE AND MEN by David M. Ewalt. Another interesting read about the history of Dungeons & Dragons, but with a focus on why people play. I enjoyed it. Perhaps most fascinating, it was published in 2013 so to hear the author describe what DND 5e was billed/expected to be…brings back some memories.

I’ve been having far too much fun planning for my family Dungeons & Dragons and Dungeon World games. Picked up the Mor Aldenn setting PDF and am planning on adapting it for that family DW game. Plus I’ve been reading Of Dice and Men by David Ewalt and played a good amount of Horizon Forbidden West yesterday. It’s been a great start to the weekend!
