I think it's sort of sad that we're only now going to have the debate about #Digitalpost 2.0, after it has spent 350, dkr. I'd personally prefer to keep #mit.dk, but I doubt the real issue is going to be solved by picking a single platform.

I think it would be much better if we did it through #opensource in a way that let our government own the code. They could take inspiration from #OS2. It's not like the big suppliers can't still deliver.

Det offentlige burde få sig en mastodon instans, så vi kan have en national “Twitter” server for vores institutioner og folkevalgte, der ikke er administreret af en amerikansk tech gigant. Det er jo et eller andet sted lidt skørt at vi har det her alternativ, hvor man kunne have en slags “armslængde princippet” moderation og så ikke gør brug af det. #offdig #dkpol
