Even better than mouse movers or anything else: to always remain green on Teams and to force your computer to stay awake, go to your calendar, click 'Meet now' and start a meeting with yourself. Keep it running as long as you need to (keep an eye on it though, to make sure the connection doesn't get dropped during the course of the day. If so, just start another meeting with yourself).

Calls can still come in, too. And don't forget to turn your status back to Available when you do this-- your status will default to red/in meeting until you do.

- Decline it because it's on top of an existing meeting in my calendar
- Copy-paste message saying that if they need me, they should put the meeting in one of the many empty spots on my calendar. I'm not that busy and is not that hard.

(i) saw this sign for a training being held, and checked out what it was

(ii) had an impromptu meeting with someone outside of but associated with a development I am part of - and we had an excellent discussion on needs, implications, expectations, end-use, and more...

These further reminded me I am coming to be very really appreciative of what a hybrid working locations solution in the workplace can bring...
