Would anyone like to do a #OFMDFeedbackFest?

I think as a very general rule, feedback that is 5-10% of the length of the work is about right. So a 2,000-word oneshot would get a comment of 100-200 words. A 50k multichapter would get 2,500-5,000 words.

Yes it's a lot, but the feedback is meant to be a gift in the same spirit as writing a gift fic, and I've definitely written way more than 5k words for gift fics.

Here's how it'd work for example:

I'll read and give feedback on any combination of Ed, Izzy, Stede, and/or Lucius, up to 10k words. Explicit is welcomed. No death, no true non-con (CNC is fine).

In return, I have a 9k omegaverse Ed/Izzy PWP, that I'd like constructive criticism on, particularly with respect to characterisation and voice, but all stream-of-consciousness thoughts very much welcome.

It's like a fic swap/gift event, but we gift genuine, thoughtful, and detailed comments on fics, instead of writing new material.

You'd sign up and commit to providing feedback on a work of a certain length, and put forward a work (or a chapter) to receive feedback on from others.

You can specify what you will/won't read as usual, and also specify what kind of feedback you'd like.
