I've spent pretty much my entire life doing crazy outdoor sports like exploring caves, rappelling into holes hundreds of feet deep, hiking off-trail in the middle of nowhere, etc. I've never once hurt myself doing stuff like that. The only times I've hurt myself are doing boring crap in my yard. Just sprained my ankle running through the yard to stop the neighbor cats from fighting in the veggie garden. Awesome. #OhComeOn
