Ah, #Insomnia, we meet again.

I was just thinking (randomly) that if I ever had access to #StarTrek #Replicator technology, I'd use it to make crazy awesome impossible food mashups like a cheese apple:

Take an apple of your favorite kind (I'm partial to Jazz), and slice it. Take your favorite cheese (I'm partial to Tillamook Sharp Cheddar), and slice it.

Interlace the two, and enjoy.

Now, imagine biting into a crisp replicated apple, but inside of it is apple and cheese strips.
