I've been wanting to tell this one for a while. Michelle and I have been together for just over 10 years and we've learned that communication is the most key part of any relationship.

I highly recommend communicating with those around you, not just in your romantic life but friendships, family, etc, if you can and feel safe to do so! My friendships have also benefited from doing this, but I’d never try it with my own family for… reasons.
