Representatives of the #Tatar, #Bashkortostan, #Chechen, #Buryat, #Oirat_Kalmyk peoples, and other regions took part in the Forum. The representatives of the regions stated that the future of each liberated people and region should be decided by the people and the region themselves based on the principle of self-determination of the nation up to secession and other generally recognized norms of international law.
