Most recently for me…The #Okutama Ropeway was an aerial tram that operated for five years taking people across a 640 metre artificial lake. Blogs describe an older female neighbour of the northern ruins shooing people away - not wanting to get into a confrontation with an #Japanese grandma 😂 I visited the southern ruins in December 2022. The cable cars have not run since 1966.
