I started firing up game launchers and game stores to find out where’s I’d gotten it from, including installing some launchers that I didn’t have on my pc already.
No dice. Couldn’t find it anywhere.
Yesterday I got in the attic looking for something, and found Dragon Age. On cds. In its case in a box.
The convenience of technology. 🤦♂️

Seems an absolute age since I managed a tempo run but today was the day! 45 minutes done, 7.39 km ran at 6:06 min/km. 30 minute tempo part 5.37 km at 5:35 min/km and could have gone faster if the route wasn’t flooded #running #temporun #tempotuesday #oldguysrule

First run since last year, well Saturday if you must 😁 60 minute aerobic zone run was the plan but struggled to keep in the zone, heart rate too high and constantly having to stop and clear my lungs and throat.
