Regardless of how you feel about TikTok (I personally think it is like most other social media - invasive and bad for data privacy), I do not like the tone of the RESTRICT Act that’s being proposed. Good god talk about bad legislation that’s WAY overly broad. Here’s a write up by @eff that helps dig into this.
