Our staff and volunteers are processing an Ohioan's photo album from the 20th century and there are great images, like this one taken from the Empire State Building in 1934, of the many places the owner visited. They seemed to have travelled a lot and took lots of pictures.

For I give you my dad, aged about four, in 1920. This was how he was dressed till he was six, when all his hair was cut off, and he was put into shorts and a sailor collar shirt. My grandmother, I’m told, wanted another girl, having already born five sons. One for @histodons I think!
