The decoration over the entrance to Hielan Jessie on Gallowgate in Glasgow.
One of the oldest pubs in Glasgow, it is named affer Jessie Brown who opened it in 1857 after her husband was killed fighting with the 17th Highland Regiment in India.

The rear elevation of 374 Gallowgate in the east end of Glasgow. Built around the 1770s, this groubd floor of this building ia currently occupied by Heilan Jessie, one of the oldest pubs in Glasgow.

The Black Horse, Coventry. Soon to be pulled down. It actually hasn't functioned as a pub for a few years now and sadly I never got the opportunity to get drunk there. The owner gutted the inside and made it a house of multiple occupancy.
