Goodness me, so grateful for ExplorerPatcher bringing back the old Win10 taskbar, being forced to have the taskbar on the bottom felt so unnatural. Plus on a widescreen monitor it bites hard into the *less* spacious dimension of screen real estate, not to mention the dumb forced weather+news combo.
