From some of the comments from the Chair of the #OLRB as quoted in this article, the union may be concerned that he's leaning towards declaring the #protest an unlawful #strike under the #Ontario #Labour Relations Act #notwithstanding the fact that the collective agreement was imposed by legislation and not negotiation and arguments that this is a political protest.
The hearing resumes at 7 am today.
