The #OLRT uses the Alstom Citadis Spirit, first produced in 2019 for Ottawa. The #REM uses the Alstom Metropolis, first produced with steel wheels in 1998.

I don't know enough about #LRT trains to say something about their respective merits, but it does seem that there's more experience with the Metropolis.
