I realize there are more important things going on in the world, so forgive me for a minute. So #NBC, in its infinite wisdom, decided to stop showing women’s World Cup skiing after the first few races, just as Mikaela #Shiffrin closed in on two historic records. In seasons past, these races could be found on their #Peacock platform or the #OlympicChannel, which no longer exists. Thus the finest skier the US has ever produced is going to break a world record in complete darkness. Ugh!
