Got my #olympusXA2

This is my Olympus XA2 in blue with matching A11 flash. I used to carry this thing everywhere in the days before digital and cell phone cameras. It is one of my favorite film cameras. This model is usually found in black, but it is also available in the colors white, red, and pink. These variations are supposed to be rare, but I have not found much information about them. I bought mine used, so I do not know its full history.

One of the best cameras ever made.

The Olympus XA2 is an automatic point and shoot (the XA is a rangefinder, which is nice, but there are also nicer rangefinders) with an attachable flash (not pictured).

I had mine stolen in the mail, but I live near a world class film shop so I’m just going to go there from now on instead. I had one 20 years ago, so it feels like an old friend.
