I got some green Japanese peppercorns (実山椒)and prepped them last night for freezing. This morning I threw a few into the frypan with some olive oil and butter and anchovy sauce and made a mozzarella and green onion omelette. Turned out super good!
This type of peppercorn is controversial flavor-wise apparently but I love 💗 it.
