Does anyone know about the transmitter? I thought it was only supposed to last 3 months. My first one ended, I received warnings it was ending. But this time, it's 3 months and 1 week, and no warning. I don't want to waste a sensor if it will die in a couple days.

Second night in a row my blood sugar dropped way too low. Tonight I caught it before it was as bad as last night. Wtf is going on? Anyone have that happen? Just inexplicable lows?

I had some caramel sauce on a few apple slices this afternoon. Blood sugar shot up to 356. I think my over corrected. In less than 2 hours my blood sugar dropped to 53. Got a picture when it finally started going up. I don't know why the alarm didn't go off sooner. Honestly, thought I might die. Sucks being alone when stuff like that happens.

Oh cool! I've never had the G7. But from what I understand, there's not much difference besides the size.

Just be careful not to have the cannula in the same place as the last few times before. Other than that, I can't think of anything.

It was a little scary going on omnipod but now I couldn't deal with the shots and figuring out the insulin dose.

Sunday it was hot and I was running around, working around the house. Was up and down 3.5 flights of stairs 2x. I had like 2 bites of a pancake, having added the carbs into my , and my blood sugar spiked so high it wouldn't read it. Like wtf

Assuming the weather played a role but I just can't believe it shot up that high, that quickly with that little bit of food

So it seems like there is a problem with the app on Android locking users out of being able to control their insulin pump

The only solution is to throw the pump away, set up a new one and carry around a secondary device to control it

Update: nudging helped but I stayed in the 150-160s all night until around 4:30am, when I woke up and noticed, and did a correction to get back down into range by the time I woke up. That was a helluva fat wave to ride all night. Omnipod 5 algorithm really gave it a good shot, and probably the only reason why I didn't go higher.

I haven't been sleeping great lately (not that I ever do, but usually more manageable thanks to my Rx sleep aid) and for some reason my BG got up to 161 (did a correction about 2:30am). I've been using 5 since July and have never had my BG drift up that much normally (outside of a failed pump site). I'm pretty tired today.
