Ich habe gerade gelesen, dass #YouTube seine Bemühungen im Bereich #Podcasts verstärken will. Ich finde es irgendwie traurig, dass so ein freies Medium immer mehr vereinnahmt wird. #Spotify ist da für mich das schlimmste Beispiel, die bieten nicht mal einen #RSS-Feed an. Neben YouTube soll in Zukunft auch YouTube #Music Podcasts unterstützen. Vielleicht sind #Podcatcher irgendwann mal vergessen und alles spielt sich auf den Plattformen ab, die noch mehr Daten erhalten und zusammenführen. Und Podcast-Produzenten müssen da dann stattfinden, um überhaupt noch gehört zu werden.

Aber hey, das #Onboarding ist dann viel besser. Das kennen wir ja schon aus der Medienberichterstattung im Vergleich zu sozialen #Netzwerken. Allein wenn ich den Begriff höre, möchte ich schon ins Essen brechen.

Just learned that Drupal also incorporated the concept of Content Component Blocks. The article explains why, and especially which technical decisions go along with it.

I very much appreciate the following sentence, written several times in the article: "We did this to lower the barrier of entry for developers new to Drupal".

There's also the #onboarding UX - e.g., guide the user through a tutorial before using ChatGPT, and keep that tutorial accessible later as well.

For all the effort that OpenAI is putting towards "existential risk" mitigation and alignment, it's extraordinary to me that they're cooperating on major integrations (e.g., Bing) without solving for these fundamental #UX questions.
